Capacity Building and Enhancement
|
My Pathway to Training and Teaching includes 15 years experience in capacity building in 20 countries of the South, including both formal and non-formal contexts. As a trainer and teacher I strive to;

"Develop and nurture the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes in people so they feel empowered and confident and capable of making positive and constructive changes in their own, and other people’s, lives and which will contribute to making the world a fairer, more just and sustainable place."

I believe in doing this in a pluralistic and inclusive manner, one that is both fun and engaging, transforms individuals capable of critical reflection, negotiation, mediation and communicating their ideas effectively.
