| My extensive experience in international development has meant working closely with high level government officials, national and international scientists and partner organizations including donors and non-government and community-based organizations. I have developed strong networks in international development. At all times I have dealt with partners and individuals using the utmost courtesy and tact. Over the years I have developed excellent facilitation, participatory and communication skills. Dealing in complex, challenging and multi-cultural contexts this includes excellent negotiation and mediation skills. |
