| Having considerable experience in International Development and Project Management I have developed significant skills and expertise in the area of monitoring and evaluation (M&E). This includes developing frameworks and guidelines for M&E, establishing reporting systems, planning and organizing for external and internal evaluations and implementing procedures for training of project staff in M&E. I have also been responsible for putting in place communication strategies and action plans for ensuring various constituencies and stakeholders are kept informed of project and development activities. I continue to maintain a research interest in M&E. My approach and philosophy to M&E is to place as much emphasis on learning and development, as accountability, for all stakeholders involved in the process. |
