As naïve or as thoughtful it may seem, this is actually a dilemma which many families face while they set-up their dream home. It seems like why would one install an AC in their kitchen instead of the ever so popular combination of exhaust fan and electric chimney? Moreover, a window AC is perfect under such circumstances which ensure fresh air circulation throughout the kitchen in shortest possible time. In Southern US and Dallas air conditioning in kitchen is a common scenario due to the hot and humid conditions there which makes the kitchen the most hated and heated up place.

But despite the entire discussion, the question still stands strong whether air conditioning is advisable in kitchen. The solution is to combine AC with chimney which will assure that the levels of hot air and carbon dioxide is on the minimalistic side.
